　うーん、、ちょっと僕のほうでは、技術的になアイディアは出てこないです。。

　メーリングリストの役割を明確化するですとか、
　あるいは統合するとかでしょうか。

（たとえば、一方をユーザ会としてのコミュニティ活動に特化し、
　もう一方は、技術情報に特化するといった運用方法です）
