I've created a 4.1.0 release, with the following artifacts up for a
vote:

Changes from the first round of voting:
Marcus found an RPM build issue when -SNAPSHOT is removed from our mvn pom.xml files, and submitted a patch for it (commit-sh 73b7fa9d).
